Your welcome message for clients
Your welcome message is the first thing clients will see when they start a chat with you on PetsApp. Our advice is to keep it short and sweet, here's an example, but you can be as creative as you like!
Welcome to ABC Vets
We're open Monday to Friday 9-5 and aim to respond to your message within a few hours. You can use this app to ask us questions, book an appointment, or order food or medications. In an emergency please call 01234 567 890

If you have not already booked training, you can use the link below. Training takes around 50 minutes and is an interactive experience. Your team will need a mobile device or tablet but do not need to download anything. Group training works best with teams of 5 or more.
