How to update a clinics welcome message

 

This feature is currently only available on the dashboard

  • On the dashboard click the "Settings" tab.
  • Find the clinic you want to update the welcome message of.
  • Update the welcome message. You're able to use specific placeholders in this text box which will be replaced when a client creates a new chat. Available options will be detailed in the input description.
  • Click save and you're good to go!
